A stop at the Pioneer gas station on Fennell Ave. in Hamilton for washer fluid ended with $69,176 and “a permanent smile” for one man.
A Hamilton man stopped at the Pioneer gas station on Fennell Ave. for some washer fluid and left with a Lotto 6/49 ticket worth $69,176.
“I left with the ticket and forgot the washer fluid!” said Milan Milinkovic, a 51-year-old father of two.
“It was surreal more than anything. I have a permanent smile on my face.”
Milinkovic plans to invest in real estate and possibly take a vacation somewhere warm or back to his home in Croatia.
Lotto 6/49 offers players a chance to win two multi-million dollar jackpots every Wednesday and Saturday for $3.
The classic draw has a fixed $5 million jackpot, while the Gold Ball draw guarantees a $1 million prize or the growing jackpot that starts at $10 million and can exceed $60 million.
